Brazos Locavores
The Brazos Locavores’ mission is to connect local eaters with local producers in the Brazos Valley, supporting a lifestyle of mindful eating. The group gathers for monthly field trips to farms, orchards, and dairies near Bryan-College Station meeting local producers, touring their facilities, learning more about why eating local is the way to go, and meeting others who are interested in living a local lifestyle. Field trips are also a wonderful way to educate our little ones about where good food originates, so children are always welcome.
